I would like a change where, when multiple people have to discard a card to fill the discard pile, that all players must select and confirm their card they wish to discard before any animations take place. This way if it does matter what your opponent discards (which it should in most cases if you care) - then everyone involved won't run out the clock waiting to see what other people did before choosing.
