Downsizing a Keep / Monastery creates a Watch Tower / Chapel, which are never rippled into the future.

Please review the replay, the downsizing did not affect the 2nd example's timeshadows.
Ripple effect cancelled for downsizing building 'Watchtower #11' at Age of Faith (11,6): Violated rule of dominion
But it clearly does not violate the rule since its only one building in the domain...
