I wanted to use the 61 Cygni special ability to exchange ore for population, but the interface wouldn't let me do it. It gave me the option to do it at the very beginning of my turn, but since 61 Cygni says that its action may be used "any time on your turn," I went ahead with my action selection first, with the intention of using the special ability later in my turn to create population that would enable me to utilize the "control" bonus on Groombridge 34.

I looked everywhere I could think of to find a button that would let me trigger the 61 Cygni special ability, and I couldn't find one. I tried clicking on the card itself, but nothing happened. At the beginning of the turn, there was a button in the top banner that would let me do it, but that button disappeared as soon as I selected an action. I also tried clicking on the "Reset Current Action" button in the top banner, but when I did that nothing happened.
