I was Path of Progress. I know for sure I had at least 35 points token : 30 from evac, 2 from moral, 1 from recruiting a genius with a bonus point, and 2 from a special science action after impact.
Lab 406 did not give me the expected 4 points, nor dit it descount the anomalies.
