Power card "Death from Above" allows the monster who purchases it to immediately enter Tokyo if they are not already in it. However, after purchasing that card and entering Tokyo, Pandakai was not given the option to play "Eats, Shoots, and Leaves". It remained grayed out for the rest of their turn.
