I was the first player for round 3 with the Black Vulture in play. Another player was third in the round with the Turkey Vulture in play. On the last turn of the round, someone successfully did a predator action thus triggering both vultures' power. At the end of the round, neither vultures' power were reset. So instead of waiting for 3 other turns to pass before resetting the power, I had to wait 6 turns because I moved to last player for round 4 and the other player had to wait 2 turns instead of 3. That does not seem fair.
