The Z-man rules on page 12 says:

on a special border space, the player
must take treasures from those spaces first;
after that, he may choose from which
space to take his remaining treasures."

In our game, the player was incorrectly allowed to choose the treasure that was not on the special border space, when the other treasure was on a special border space. Please fix this bug, thanks
