I think I clicked "Go back to table list" when it was (maybe) my turn but I'm not sure.
I also think the same thing happened to my opponent earlier in the campaign (and she talked about sending a ticket, but I don't know if she eventually did. I couldn't find it in the list anyway.)
The game history shows my opponent placing the blue L I wasn't offered, but doesn't show anything about my own action (because there was none).

Are you sure the blue L-building has a factory on it?
The non-factory buildings have been remove in last episodes

Hi, this just happened to me in my game boardgamearena.com/6/mycity?table=315875054 at move #1038. What happened is in the previousnround i had hit cancel after placing the piece but instead of canceling, it went to the next turn and now will not let me place the blue tile at all. Everyone else was offered to play it but me. I clicked "restart turn:and it just froze up after saying "Move recorded, waiting for update..."

I refresh my window and am back to not being able to play any tile but the game at least can continue.

I had a similar problem in a legacy game (table 342613144 at move #146).
In my case i restarted the turn to place the offered building to another spot but after restarting, the building was displayed in the center (partially illegal over the river). Since this could not be correct i reloaded the browser window. But then the building was not shown on my board at all. Instead i had to place the next building with the previous one shown in my reserve.

So i basically skipped this building without losing a point for passing.

Here is my guess what may have happened:
- There was one player still deciding where to place the building.
- I clicked "restart" at the same time when that player finished their turn.
- Since both events happened very close to each other, instead of either processing my restart OR progressing the turn the server somehow did both instead.

This happened to me in Table #319260067 on the first turn of episode 21. From my end it appeared as though I played the building and I didn't notice the issue until the second turn. I was playing on mobile without the best connection so I was wondering if something went wrong there. Like the others said the building stayed in my reserve so the episode ended for me with 1 building left in reserve

It happened to me also, the blue L was directly passed without me being able to place it. I clicked to go back and it just froze waiting for the update

Start of episode 22, table 373890217.
Refreshing the table and leaving and re-entering the app did not solve the issue.
The first card of the episode was the one discarding a building (maybe it was what caused the bug).
The first building we could place was indicated as already placed, although it was not.
See in the first screenshot that the only option is to restart the turn, and in the second screenshot (actually the same screen, I scrolled down on my phone) that the building is not placed.
Just like in the first report of this bug, it is as if we were forced to pass, even though we had no available point to do so!
Only one player was able to place the building, giving him a huge advantage...
Is there a way to restart the episode?
We are at episode 22 and that totally scr#ws up our campaign T_T

I see what the problem was now, so I'm frustrated at myself for missing the little notification. But if a building has been blocked during gameplay by a block card and can no longer be playable, please program the game so that that building is removed from the list of "reserves"... I thought I still had a building available to play because it was listed in my "reserves", and was waiting the entire round for it to show and it never did.

There are four of us playing a campaign.
Three of the four of us experienced this bug. We were unable to play two different buildings. They showed up at the top of the page, but never showed up in our game for us to place. Then the next turn came and we never had the opportunity to place it.

This happened to three of us just now. When the third building appeared, I was able to place the building, but the other three players never had the opportunity to place the building. It never appeared for them. When I finished placing the building the game immediately moved to the fourth building (the other three players never got the chance to play the 3rd building)

This just happened to me on table 585455748, move 1782. We received the card to pass one of the playing pieces (the tall "T"), and the short "T" came up next. I can see the building at the top - above my playing area. However, I was never given a chance to play it.

It is showing that the other two players need to take their turn, but I have the button at the top to Restart Turn. Unfortunately, it does not respond. If I click it, the message appears "Move recorded, waiting for update" but nothing happens no matter how long I wait. If I reload the game page, it comes back to the same thing. The piece is at the top with the "Restart turn" button as if I had passed.

If I click to Replay last moves, the following message appears at the top:
"This game has been updated since the start of the game: thus the replay is EXPERIMENTAL."

Another player solved what what happening in my case. It was indeed a blue piece that did not have a factory sticker (at least for me), and we are to the point were non-factory blue buildings were discarded. Other players that had a factory sticker on it were still able to play. Would be nice if there were some sort of message that appears in chat to reinforce this, but at least that explained what was happening.
