When there are two players in Tokyo and they're attacked with claws, if the first player in Tokyo has the Camouflage card AND is successful at neutralizing all claws, the second player in Tokyo doesn't get a chance to leave Tokyo (and they should, because they do get damage). I'm not sure the violation is necessarily visible, but if you check Move 107, you'll see that fbsfbs smashed monsters with 1 claw, then azngrl (the 1st player in Tokyo) used Camouflage to reduce damage to 0 (neutralized it), and I (the 2nd player in Tokyo) was never asked to choose to stay or leave Tokyo (and I should've).
