I think it would be hard to replicate. Maybe I can refresh it with the F5 key. At this time I could have chosen another action and played the game to the end. table #307813410 action #172

I can reproduce this by double clicking on a card. This is expected because clicking the card results in a request to the server which locks the interface until completion. Nothing to fix

I didn't double click. When my turn came up, I selected an archived card and got the error. There was no indication that anything had been selected. It was the first action I tried on my turn, and I had to refresh the browser to clear it.

I still think there is a bug here. It happened again in another game, I did not click an action first or double click. And there was no way to clear the first action, no indicator or outline on the screen to show what is "in progress." The only remedy was to refresh the browser.

I don't have a screenshot. It wouldn't let me take an action, there was nothing to see but the red warning banner when I tried to click the card.

When my turn came up, I simply clicked the card in my archive, and got the message that another action was in progress. There was no other visual indication on the screen. There was nothing outlined in green. I did not double click, it happened on the very first click. It has happened in two or three games the same way. If it happens again, I will try to remember to take a shot, but I can't go back in history since the interface never completed that action and I refreshed the window to move on.

It happened again 3 times to me at Table #308155571 Around move 130 was one of them.

My first action was to select a card for action, and I was locked out with a red banner. The only remedy was to reload the browser. There was no indication that I could clear the interfering action.

@Hefe thank you for the screenshot, but I have been unable to reproduce thus far. Just to be totally clear on the steps:

1. This was a real-time game, so I assume you have played many turns up to the point where you hit the error without refreshing
2. Your opponent has ended their turn, and the first thing you do is try to click on a card from one of the rows
3. You get this error - wait a bit and try clicking a card a few more times but no luck
4. Refresh and fixed

Is that all correct? Did anything else funny happen that's worth mentioning that could have been different from your other turns where it worked normally?

There were updates around ensuring that extra actions/clicks are ignored rather than throw an error. Given no other reports of this have occurred, I'm closing it

This is happening constantly to me and players I play with. Although no action had taken place and I have not clicked a card, the error comes up that an action is in progress. This has happened on desktop and on Android, both in Firefox. Now it is happening at least once almost every game.

I actually hit this error myself on mobile a few days ago, but have yet to find a way to consistently reproduce/fix. Reopening the ticket

Mine was after the opponent built a Gizmo from Research and then had no triggers. It then continued to happen (I believe) every turn. Refreshing did fix. Trying to see if I can establish any sort of pattern

Had to constantly refresh screen on my turn as it kept saying other actions were in progress. Refreshing did the trick every time bar once where I had to refresh twice.

and i got expulse again... so i decide ill report it one for once, recently lot of games of gizmo they are lagging and its not my computer, then i got the red barre to say im disconect, and wait an action is in action..... then it froze everything... and OF COURSE, other player throw me out, instead of cancel :(. so now i report it, somethings wrong recently with issues with gizmos but still luv the game and hats up to the ones who made it possible.

The same happened with me today, and I refreshed the browser a number of times, and still it didn't change.

I made a change in an update a few weeks back that I thought might fix this. Currently sitting at 15 votes - please if anyone else sees this report here else I will close it out in a couple weeks if no more reports.
