twice during this game I started to play an artillery bombard and it wouldn't let two of my units fire. I didn't see any reason it was working like this. However both the disallowed artillery would have passed their line of sight over rice paddies , so I was wondering if they were incorrectly blocking the fire/

I undid the move both times, because it seemed unprofitable to do after two artillery units were disallowed.not sure if that will show up.
