In this game, in hand 1 - one player had the two pair "KKJJQ" and the other player had the two pair "KK99A". The game said that "KK99A" was that hand, even though it has the lower second pair. Rules of poker dictate that upon a tie for the highest pair, the second pair dictates which hand wins. Only if both pair are matched does the kicker then decide which hand wins.
