I took a 2-dice and got a grape, the candle maker card should let me get 2 silvers, however no silver was given to me

I tried to click on different icons on the main board and player board , i.e. the helper card, silver pile, etc. but nothing happen. The only actions that was available were "pass" & "anytime action". I didn't want to do anytime action, so I clicked pass, and my turn ended without getting the silvers.
