I find it of little interest to create a bug report without having taken a screenshot of a fugitive display problem. And, even if you had noted an inappropriate proposal, you cannot say if it was only a display bug, or a real proposal to replace the discard of a card with a travel symbol, or by paying 2 coins for an airplane symbol.

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
