I wanted to cancel playing helicopter and select to play it again prior to drawing treasure cards, this time selecting the correct take off tile.

After completing 3 standard actions on my turn, I selected to play helicopter and accidentally selected the wrong tile to lift off from and then pressed cancel prior to selecting the players to lift (there were 2 players available on that tile).
