This is not a bug. The publisher of the game only sent card graphics in German. In normal case I overlay the text translated, but with some zoom settings, the browsers minimal font settings apply and so the font on the cards get much too big, so I show original graphics. Could you show a screenshot and your screen resolution and your zoom level?

I think the German on the cards showed up at 50% on my wife's computer too, and she has a larger screen... not sure the resolution though.

Yes, it's the only possible way currently, when the cards get so small, that the minimal font size of the browser would make it overflow. Perhaps we get English graphics, then all players would see English version in that case. But how can you read in that size anyway?

Sounds good, we just noticed it once and were like wtf?? So I though I'd report it. Seems like you created a decent fix for it and the tooltips stay english

FYI this is also an issue on my iPhone SE. It's easy enough to do the "2-finger zoom" so that the "minimized" cards are in fact easily legible, but as you say they currently remain in German. Unfortunately, not getting consistent tooltips on mobile is a well-known BGA-wide problem, so it's not always possible to rely on them to bail out the non-German speakers. Fortunately, the card graphics themselves are quite helpful in most cases.

Still, if having only one baseline language for these cards is possible, I suppose English would be a better choice for the average user worldwide.

For me it works not in latest chromium, so I removed current behaviour. Please test again.
