Japanese macaque says: "From both the player with the highest appeal and the player with the most CP: Draw one card from the hand of or take 5 money from that player. They decide." I have the most appeal but not the most CP, yet I was pilfered twice. The third player (the one with the most CP) has Quarantine Lab, but this should protect him from the attack, not eliminate him as being considered the one with the most CP. I believe this is the source of the bug.
