Occurs when playing on a laptop or computer. When processing orders, an available order to fill will flash with a green outline. When the green outline is there, it is clickable and the cursor shows the active selection tool (hand). When the green outline disappears, it becomes unclickable and the cursor shows the inactive cursor (arrow). Because it flashes back and forth, it becomes very hard to click.
