The reroll selection design is (to me) very counterintuitive: the full color dice should represent the "selected" dice as opposed to the greyed out ones. Or change the prompt to "Choose dice to keep" or similar.
The broken outlines on the dice also appear to serve no purpose; having the outline change from broken to solid to indicate selection would also reduce ambiguity. -

I suggest not greying out anything, as it's going to be ambiguous either way, and just using outlines. Make the wording clear: "reroll selected" or "keep selected"; and make selection clear: outline vs nothing.
