With the card as written, the Ambitious passport seems like it should count both highlight of the day bonuses and wild tokens spent on the day. In my game, I would have scored 24 bonus points if wild token spending counted, and 12 bonus points if highlight of the day bonuses counted.

There doesn't seem to be anything in the rules that would indicate that wild tokens or highlight of the day bonuses would not be counted in scoring the Ambitious passport.
