I selected dice and it didn't register, so I hit F5 and was then able to select dice. I selected the same ones and the game game gave me 2 copies of the dice I selected. It even registered as in my collected dice and I (was able to) discarded them at the end of the round.

История на докладванията
I didn't think to hit F5, but instead tried refreshing and ended up getting dice 4 different times and they all ended up in my hand.
Selected 3 dice, clicked confirm, confirm button disappeared leaving only reroll button.
Deselected all 3 dice, repeated above.
Deselected all 3 dice again, repeated selection again, this time clicked on reroll afterwards.
Refreshed game and had 3 copies of all 3 dice, 9 dice total.
