At turn #52 I placed a die (2) on axis. The UI said that move was recorded but was updating slowly. I walked away and when I returned the UI shows that I had taken first action of next round and other player had played as well (which they confirm).
Conferring with other player we see different game state now as well.
My state shows 4 on axis while his shows 2 on axis.

I don't expect this can be reproed. Maybe there is something in the logs of use.
