The interface allows me to select the 2 engineer free action for -1 energy but it won't allow me to select the 3 engineer 3 gold action for +1 energy. I have 4 engineers and 3 gold. In fact, it won't let me select any 3 engineer 3 gold action, but it will allow me to select 2 engineer 3 gold actions, as well as the 3 engineer build action on my tableau
