3. Neither of the three action buttons (Meld / Add, Reset Action, Discard and end turn) was active.

I guess this error may be connected to the other error reported on this game, that I should have been able to go out as I had no cards left.

Also, my reputation has been negatively affected by this as I was prompted for an action and since the time ran out in this frozen status I got a penalty for inaction. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if this reputation note was reset.
