Description: In the Kiev Track, the green player should be getting the following 58 points on Kiev [(8*1+7*3)*2], but the app it is calculating 44 points on Kiev (8*1+7*2)*2. The re-evaluation effect for brown trackers (changing point value from 2=>3) is not taking effect.
