Two remarks here:
1) When I hover over my produced cards, I can see details on my last played card, but no details on the cards I have produced before.

2) When I hover over the stack of produced cards of my opponents, a popup shows their last played cards, which I am not allowed to see, according to the rule quoted above (see screenshot shared below).

My suggestion here would be to remove this popup display as it may not work for people playing from a table/phone, and instead add two statistics below a players name that are only visible to that player theirselves and that will show the amount of points they currently score on their beer and bread production separately.
