i have had multiple occasions of another player being removed from the game and bugs shutting down future actions by remainders. in this case, i took an encounter card action, paid for benefit of receiving a mech, had workers on locations, and was unable to place the mech.

game simply did not place mech and clock ran down. since previous player was either out of time and kicked or quit, i was given option to quit by game w/o penalty. i quit at that point.
