My back of the envelope puts this as happening one in 1000 games, (6 of 8 sequential rolls being the same face, with around 40 rolls per die per game) but my experience is that it has happened several times and my play count is around 200.

This leads me to think that repeating faces is closer to 1 in 4 than 1 in 6. I will be tracking rolls in the future to verify.
