Either the ui should only offer to transfer 1 community in this case, only one community should be transferred despite hitting 2, or there should be an error. any of these 3 would be better.


I suspect a similar issue might exist with the local project that lets you take communities from others and/or the local project that lets you gift one or two energy, as the logic should be very similar, but have not checked.
