No error message. Click the flag to make the box go away. Zoom in, it comes back. Touch the screen anywhere, it comes back. Zoom out, it comes back. Just stare at the screen for 5 seconds, it comes back. I cleaned phone but it kept happening so I think it's a software tool tip type of issue rather than finger oils on phone screen. I would go to other games and come back and it still happened. Refreshing doesn't resolve the issue. See screen shot. While it looks like a normal image, the fact that it keeps popping up incessantly is what makes the game unplayable.
