When using the Arcane Tactics, the 4 cards returned to the Mana deck (first-on bottom .... last-on top) do not stay in that order. 3 separate times I had the same thing happen. I placed the 1 first, then 2-3-2, 1 on the bottom. And they came out 2231, 2 first, then another (which should have been a 3), then the 3, then 1. It seems like the 2nd and 3rd cards out in the deck are being swapped after the fact. So instead of coming out 2321 they came out 2231. This happened the same way 3 turns in row so I know it wasn't a misclick or me misreading the card.
